Associate Fee (monthly) $250.00
Unlicensed Assistant (monthly) $75.00
Transaction Fee $495.00
(Includes Errors and Omissions Insurance)

Property Management (per property) $10.00

Residential Leases:
All transactions under $1000.00 will be a 90/10 split.
All transactions over $1000.00 will be an 80/20 split.

Commercial:

Leases & Sales
Transaction Fee $595.00
(Includes Errors and Omissions Insurance)
Administrative Fee 3% (net commission)

If you are on both sides of a transaction, you will be charged two (2) transaction fees.

Relocation transactions given to you by Realty Executives of Austin will be a 50/50 split commission.
